Entendemos que pueden surgir circunstancias imprevistas, y nuestro objetivo es ser lo m\u00e1s complacientes posible en lo que respecta a cancelaciones, reembolsos y devoluciones. Revisa la siguiente pol\u00edtica para comprender c\u00f3mo se gestionan los reembolsos y las devoluciones.  <\/p>\n<h2>1. <strong>Cancelaciones y devoluciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Cursos de buceo y excursiones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancelaciones realizadas 14 d\u00edas o m\u00e1s antes de la fecha programada<\/strong>: Se reembolsar\u00e1 el importe \u00edntegro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancelaciones realizadas entre 7 y 13 d\u00edas antes de la fecha prevista<\/strong>: se reembolsar\u00e1 el 50%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 7 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n a la fecha programada<\/strong>: No se efectuar\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso a menos que se deba a razones m\u00e9dicas (se requiere documentaci\u00f3n).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Cancelaciones relacionadas con el tiempo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En caso de inclemencias meteorol\u00f3gicas o condiciones inseguras en el mar, el centro de buceo puede cancelar o reprogramar tu viaje. En caso de cancelaci\u00f3n por parte <strong>del Centro de Buceo Tanger Med<\/strong>, se te dar\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n de reprogramar tu reserva o recibir un reembolso completo. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Si no te presentas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Los clientes que no se presenten a la inmersi\u00f3n programada sin previo aviso no tendr\u00e1n derecho a reembolso.<\/p>\n<h2>2. <strong>Devoluciones y cambios de equipos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si has comprado alg\u00fan equipo de buceo en <strong>el Centro de Buceo Tanger Med<\/strong>, se aplicar\u00e1n las siguientes pol\u00edticas de devoluci\u00f3n y cambio:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Condiciones de devoluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Las devoluciones deben realizarse en un plazo de <strong>30 d\u00edas desde la compra<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Los art\u00edculos deben estar sin usar y en su embalaje original.<\/li>\n<li>Se requiere un recibo o prueba de compra para todas las devoluciones.<\/li>\n<li>Los reembolsos se procesar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s del m\u00e9todo de pago original.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Intercambios<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Si el art\u00edculo comprado es defectuoso o est\u00e1 da\u00f1ado, puede cambiarse por el mismo art\u00edculo o por otro similar de igual valor.<\/li>\n<li>Los cambios deben realizarse dentro de los <strong>30 d\u00edas<\/strong> siguientes a la compra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Art\u00edculos no retornables<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Equipamiento personalizado o a medida.<\/li>\n<li>Los art\u00edculos en liquidaci\u00f3n o en oferta son venta final y no pueden devolverse ni reembolsarse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. <strong>Proceso de devoluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Una vez aprobada tu devoluci\u00f3n o anulaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los reembolsos se procesar\u00e1n en un plazo de <strong>7 d\u00edas laborables<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Dependiendo de tu proveedor de pagos, el reembolso puede tardar entre 3 y 5 d\u00edas laborables m\u00e1s en aparecer en tu cuenta.<\/li>\n<li>Si no has recibido el reembolso despu\u00e9s de 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles, ponte en contacto con nosotros en <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@divingtangier.com<\/a><\/strong> o llama al <strong>+212 615-821571<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. <strong>C\u00f3mo solicitar un reembolso o una devoluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para iniciar un reembolso o devoluci\u00f3n, ponte en contacto con nosotros a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Correo electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>: <a rel=\"noopener\">info@divingtangier.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tel:<\/strong>+212 615-821571<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incluye los datos de tu reserva o compra en tu solicitud.
